You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create. The app is intended for educational use by toddlers ages 3 to 5 under direct parent supervision.
Kid Speech AI is an educational speech-practice companion for early vocabulary development. It is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for a licensed speech-language pathologist, pediatrician, or any healthcare provider. If you are concerned about your child's speech development, please consult a qualified professional.
Kid Speech AI is offered as a $30/month subscription with a 7-day free trial, billed through Google Play. By starting the trial, you authorize Google to charge $30 per month after the trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information — Google does.
You may cancel your subscription anytime in the Google Play Store. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for billing errors should be directed to Google Play; refund requests related to service issues can be sent to support@kidspeechai.com.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately at support@kidspeechai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The app, its content, designs, and branding are owned by Kid Speech AI and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Some content in the app is generated by AI from curated word lists. We screen AI output through safety filters, but no system is perfect. If you ever encounter content that seems inappropriate, please email support@kidspeechai.com immediately.
The app is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular need. Educational content is not professional advice. Speech-recognition accuracy varies with environment, accent, and microphone quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kid Speech AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime via the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the United States.
