Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Kid Speech AI account and all associated data — no app install required.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account, including email and account settings
- All child profiles linked to your account
- Vocabulary progress logs and weekly summaries
- Any voice-recognition usage data
- Support correspondence (we keep anonymized basic records for tax purposes only)
This cannot be undone. Once we process your deletion request, your data is permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
What you should do first
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the Google Play Store before requesting deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To cancel: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kid Speech AI → Cancel subscription.

support@kidspeechai.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and include the email you used to sign up. We'll confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What happens next
- We'll confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- For security, we may ask you to verify the request from the email on file.
- We complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
- You'll receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
